Hello everyone today I wanna talk to you about a small gem ive been playing on ps5 called Tiny Bookshop, but first massive thank you to Neoludic Games, Skystone Games and 2P games for sending me out the code to check the game out its greatly appreciated so let’s talk about it.
First off this game is cozy very cozy and relaxing I had such a chill time playing i almost forgot I was playing a game because of how well done this game is.
So in Tiny Bookshop you move from the big city and find yourself in a small town called Bookstonbury where you decide to open up a small book shop out of a trailer attached to your car the game does a great job of walking you through stuff between opening up your shop and restocking it before each day, as you play you meet the locals who are all very happy to have a bookstore in town as the old shop closed up as the owner retired which ironically shes the first person you meet and interact with. Theres plenty of other villagers that you meet and slowly get to know as they open up more missions and quest for you that are all simple.
The town also has different locations where you can travel to and sell your books each location will have a different type of genre priority so those books will sell more so try your best to remember to keep customers happy.
The game is slow and simple you get to provide customers with help in finding books sometimes you get it and others you dont but its part of business, everyday you get the chance to buy more books to restock and grow your inventory so its good to always be on the look out for sales.
The locations are very relaxed and the art style used in this game fits perfectly with the plot of the game. Ive played a decent amount of cozy games but this one takes the top spot there’s no stress nothing to over think just open up shop help your customers and have a great day what more can you ask for.
Tiny Bookshop is definitely a must grab for those cozy lovers out there its available on steam and console, again thanks to the devs for sending me a key thank you all for stopping by take care and game on.
