Faily brakes

Ever think mobile games should have more to offer? I think so, but sometimes keeping it simple is all you can do.

Faily brakes keeps things super simple and I cant even really call it much other then a time killer that looses its glamour in under an hour much less honestly

The premise of the game is simple you control a car that’s breaking system has failed  the controls of the game are simple a left and right arrow to control the steering and some power ups to help you along the way that’s it.

The only other thing the game offers is the same canyon re skinned to different movie scenes from mad max and crocodile Dundee and the cars are renamed under movie characters dont expect nothing major from the game it’s a how far you can get game and after a while you lose interest real quick consider this a pass save your storage space have a great day

Pokemon Sword final thoughts

So finally after weeks of taking it slow so I could get the maximum enjoyment out of the game I have finished Pokemon sword today on April 26 and here before you are my thoughts on the game let’s dive in.

The story

So unlike the games before it Nintendo really went full tilt with this game and giving it what I call truly an amazing story from start to finish with such an amazing lore behind it leaving you wanting more information on the hablar regions history and the events of its shrouded past.

Like before you start off with your custom character as you set out to explore the world and meet your best friend who also happens to be your rival during the game Hop, I gotta say I love what Nintendo did with hop the personality he was giving during all parts of the game and the struggles of being a trainer you see a lot of it in him but I feel Nintendo made him a bit to weak to really give you that rival feel in all this.

So the galar region is beautiful some new Pokemon to catch many old ones as well as a few with special regional forms that honestly are pretty bad ass the total in the Pokedex is 400 before the dlc which I’m sure that number will only grow once the add ons are released. Like hoenn region which was famous for mega evolutions the galar region is famous for a mysterious Pokemon phenomenon called dynamax where the Pokemon grows massive in size and power all through the special effects of a wishing star, now I won’t get to much into that because I don’t wanna spoil the game for anyone who hasn’t played it but man is it fun.

The Gym Challenge

Unlike previous games where you got your Pokemon from the professor and set out to catch em all as well as challenge the gyms and the elite for this game did it differently and I loved it because it game the game much needed life.

So I’m sword and shield hop’s older brother Leon who is the galar region champion is the on who gives you your starter Pokemon I won’t say anything else cause I want people to see the little mystery the devs through into the game at this scene but it’s a good one. So after he lets you pick your starter hop talks about taking the gym challenge except in this game you can’t just go to a gym and fight no you see in this game they made the gym battles an actual competition and to enter you have to be endorsed by someone important and thankfully someone super important finally gives you your letter of endorsment making you 1 of 2 trainers to watch out for can you guess the other lol.

As well as such an awesome gym set up the badge it pretty awesome as it takes the form of a circular coin with a beautiful design both on the front and back.

The world

Now for me what really made me take it slow and enjoy every second of this game was the world and the NPC’s around you, you see here is where Nintendo went all out on the Pokemon side of things they took the unique aspect from Pokemon let’s go Eevee and Pikachu where you could see the Pokemon walking through the grass and paths and that was really an amazing aspect and they took that made it a million times better in sword and shield there was times I really felt like I was a Pokemon trainer journeying the region exploring every aspect of it.

But that’s not all they also took the raid system from Pokemon go made it more manageable for a limited crowd and gave us dynamax raids which I loved even more getting a chance to build your party with specific Pokemon or finding specific types it was awesome.

Final thoughts

All in all I don’t know what the hell people complained about Nintendo gave us what we wanted Pokemon on a console which is what everyone always wanted a console Pokemon that wasn’t a ds version. I personally can’t wait to see what else Nintendo has in store for us and I truly loved every minute of Pokemon sword and I highly recommend everyone who is a fan of the series and has a Nintendo switch please buy the game it’s worth it.

Thank you all be safe take care and game on!

Pokemon Sword

Yes I know I’m late to the party on this one but it took me a while to be able to afford another nintendo switch but better late then never.

I just wanna say finally we can play pokemon on the tv, unless you count the old school super nintendo adapter that existed when pokemon red and blue were a thing.

So I’ve been taken it slow in the game just enjoying the detail they put into the game and man I love it so much it’s an amazing game seeing the pokemon walking by you as you journey really makes you feel like an actual pokemon trainer and not someone who is playing a game, and the story man so much mystery behind it I cant wait to find out more about the legends of galar. As for my challenger journey I have 6 of the 8 badges and I gotta say I love that the gym leaders actually give you a bit of a challenge unlike previous games.

And onto the fun thing in sword and shield gigantamax which in turn is just making your pokemon the size of godzilla huge pokemon battles with powerful attacks these battles are amazing but all that aside my favorite thing in the whole game is something they borrowed from pokemon go, the raids, yes 4 man raids against gigantamax pokemon it’s so epic sadly you only get 1 chance to catch the pokemon and that sucks as I’ve missed out on 2 bulbasaur.

So far I am loving every bit of the game and I cant wait to finish it and see what the end game brings along with completing the pokedex made up of 400 pokemon not a bad number in my opinion. I will keep you posted as my journey continues theres so much more to discuss have a great day stay safe and game on

Fishing life mobile

Hello everyone hows it going today we talk about a grindy little time killer that I’ve been playing called fishing life on mobile.

Let me start off with yes this game is a grind and I do mean grind but it’s also very relaxing and calming which is a surprise in it’s own.

So the game starts you off with some images of you in a big corporate office getting yelled at soon you leave and your on a starter boat with the most basic of equipment and that is where the game begins as well as its grind.

So you have to fish and sell as well as use them for bait so you can progress and catch more fish theres plenty to see in the game as theres other map locations but I’m sure the grind to catch the map boss which is what let’s you progress to the next map isnt really worth it as well as you need to constantly upgrade your fishing gear so that you can catch stronger fishes which are determined by not only the stars which show up after you catch em but as well as there level which the game tells you if they try to snag onto your hook, now when you level up your character you get bonuses to everything depending on which one your using the game also has an aquarium which you can use to earn gold by keeping fishes you may like, theres also missions which ask you to catch a certain fish group for extra gold coins as well as special fishes that appear after you catch a certain number of a specific fish giving you the chance to snag a rare fish for your tank.

Now I’m sure the devs made the game hard for people to sink money into it so they can move forward but this game really is fun and relaxing and I do wish the grind didnt feel as if I’m trying to level up for a world of warcraft raid.

All in all fishing life offers a lot for a free game and it is fun even with the grind the graphics are beautiful and the soundtrack is beautiful helping to add to the relaxing nature the game is giving off, thank you all for stopping by have a great day and game on.

Kings Throne game of lust mobile

What I can only describe as a grind click click game with an interesting story at least

So the game isnt anything major it’s a simple click do this click do that style game where you take over the kingdom after your father is murdered, so the goal is to keep the kingdom going and to make it stronger.

The game starts off at a decent pace gathering materials such as gold, food and soldiers but after a while it turns into a waiting game that eventually you notice the sink money into me aspect and that really sucks as the game has an interesting story but not even finishing chapter 6 of area 1 and you notice the need for more soldiers but again you have to wait unless you wanna sink money into it.

As for the story so far from what I’ve played it seems very interesting, your the son of the king as the castle is being raided you make your way to the throne room to see your father the king being brutally murdered soon you engage into a fight with the villain and manage to destroy his helmet to find out that the one responsible is your cousin and after he manages to escape the campaign opens up before you.

And yes for a simple mobile game theres plenty to do between running the castle, leveling up your heros and as the title implies finding beautiful maidens to court and have children with to make your kingdom stronger and yes there are plenty of beauties in the game.

All in all this is a game that could be fun and worth while if they didnt smack you with a paywall before you finish area 1 of the campaign

Thank you all for stopping by take care and game on

Plague Inc

Hello everyone today we talk about a fun PC and mobile game that I have enjoyed plenty called plague inc.

So what is plague inc you might ask easy it’s a viral simulation game, where your aim is to destroy humanity with simple things like the flu for example.

Right off the bat I did notice a difference between the mobile and pc version, 1st being price on mobile the game is free and on pc which you use the steam store it cost 6$ and on pc the game is called plague inc: evolved but they are both the exact game so why did the mobile version lose some of its name I’m not sure. I also dont know how well the mobile app is gonna be supported but i do know the PC version has some awesome fun viruses that you can use 1 of them being the monkey virus from planet of the apes.

Now the game is super simple you have a the map of the world in front of you, you give your virus a name and then release it anywhere in the world and yes choices matter and I do mean it as every choice effects how well you do as well as how fast or how slow you are able to upgrade and evolve your virus as well as how fast you can complete killing off mankind before they try to fight back and yes they will fight back.

Now the game does get very intricate in how the disease evolves and is transmitted and I gotta say I’m no expert and I dont have much knowledge about this stuff but it is super scary if this is how it happens in real life.

All in all plague inc is a wonderful and scary simulation game that offers a variety of challenging difficulties as well as scenarios to explore, if you only have a phone try it out but if you have a pc and a steam account buy the game you will have a blast and it’s not demanding at all graphically thank you all for stopping by have a great time and game on.

Gears Pop Mobile

So gears pop is a new mobile game that recently released it’s a combination of the popular funko pops and the gears of war universe.

The game is simple if you played clash royal you will catch on quick you have your units which are based around gears characters and weaponry.

The map is simple you spawn on the south point your opponent on the north point you each have 3 life columns sorta like the towers in league of legends you fight back and forth until one of you gains the upper hands on the other and claims victory or victory is declared by the clock running out.

Now when you start the game off you only have versus mode unlocked everything else requires level 2, now to level up you have to keep playing and level up your pins which is what the play pieces are called once they level up they give xp that helps you level up so you will have to play a few matches to progress.

Once you hit level 2 you unlock horde mode practice mode and boot camp all very useful, boot camp has special missions which have rewards once you complete them and horde mode let’s you partner up with a clan member to battle sadly I haven’t been able to try this mode since I’m not in a clan, speaking of clans at this point you can use 1000 coins to make a clan or search for one to join.

All in all gears pop is a fun mobile game to have and easy to learn and play no difficult learning curves.

Thank you all for stopping by take care and have a nice day.

Ball Blast

So I’ve been playing ball blast on my phone for a few days it’s a mobile game I’ll be honest I dont play many mobile games. But I decided to give this one a try since I’m always seeing it advertised on Facebook so ima share my thoughts on it.

It’s a free to play game that uses adverts to make its money which I personally feel they have to many adverts and it kills the mood of the game I cant say how many times I’ve wanted to quit cause its advert after everything u do… ok I’m partly exaggerating let me explain a bit, if u die boom advert if you beat the level boom advert wanna free upgrade boom advert dont get me wrong I understand they need to make money but uts bad when the lower quarter inch of the screen while your playing has an advert now I know I’m bagging on this one issue but if you ever play the game you will see what I mean.

Now onto the game itself it’s a simple and easy game you use your finger to move your cannon side to side as it auto shoots the incoming objects, now said object not only do they come in various sizes but they also have numbers on them and those numbers determine how many shots it will take to destroy but the fun doesnt stop there as some of the incoming balls after you blast them to pieces become smaller and smaller until you finish them off and this is where the challenge of the game comes in since they all bounce at different times your doing your best to dodge them to survive.

Now the game offers upgrades that’s purchased with in game credits the first upgrade gives you more rounds per second the second upgrade increases the power of said bullets the third is increasing how much money you earn and the last one increases how much money you earn when your offline and not playing the game which I think is awesome as when you play again you can claim your bank to make your cannon stronger.

One of the balls you encounter is a mystery ball which Grant’s you a different power up ranging from an extra cannon to spread shot to freezing there movements and ghost all power ups are random so you better pray you get the one you need in that tight pinch.

The game is by levels and every 5 levels gives you a boss fight which I personally love cause you have something to look forward to and there tough battles not only do you have to try and kill the boss but you have to dodge incoming balls they release.

All in all ball blast is a solid 8 from me if only the developers either cut back on the ad’s or offered a payed version with no ads would the game be better, thank you all for stopping by have a great day.

Warframe on the Switch

Hey everyone. Now before I start this review I want to clarify one thing that clearly the people who make YouTube videos can’t tell the difference between a pay to win game and a free to play game. Warframe is completely free to play there is no pay to win period, yes the game has a store where you spend real money but the items you buy vary between new warframes, ingredients to build blue prints, different color pallets for your character, or alternate helmets so before you let anyone sink in your head that the game is pay to win try it out and see for yourself that it’s not.

Now on November 20th 2018 digital extremes warframe released for the nintendo switch which added another free to play title to nintendos library and one with an amazing history. Now for anyone who has never heard of warframe you play as a space ninja called the Tenno to restore peace to the universe and boy is it a big universe.

Along your journey you face different enemies. The biggest threat coming from a race called the grineer which are basically humans who use a very thick armor that makes them look almost robotic and there are a few grineer crews who are actual robots who can take a punch and dish it out as well.

The second enemy you encounter are the corpus they look like suited up welders or machinists and they have small robot walkers and a shield drone that is the biggest pain out of there arsenal considering most of them are melee fighters.

The third enemy race is called the infected and I’m sure by the name you can tell what they are mindless infected creatures that attack and like to swarm you, best recommendation is melee attacks and your special ability.

Warframe for being a free to play game has a lot of places to visit doing different missions on each planet, the map is of the solar system plus a few extras one being the void another is a planet called phobos and sedna and recently they added to big areas to the game that are open world and let you do lots of exploring and other activities. One being fishing so go prove your a master fisherman and catch the big one.

Now warframe has been around for a few years releasing on PC first and now in 2018 the game has been ported to switch and it’s a great port I play all my games in handheld and you truly can’t see any frame issues. They hold up really well compared to other consoles. There’s also docked mode for the switch which let’s you play the game in it’s full 1080p glory but I’m sure many people use handheld more and I for one don’t complain. The small list of issues I have come across I feel is more due to the network side of the switch then the game itself.

Since the switch doesn’t have an actual ethernet connection it relies on wifi connection having the ability to connect to both the 2.4 ghz channel and if your router is able to the 5 ghz channel. You’re switch has a healthy choice of wifi but with a game like warframe that is heavily dependent on a connection it will boggle in certain areas. I’ve noticed mainly in loading screens I’ve had my game slow and stutter and on the boss fight against the jackal I’ve had the game take a while to load up the boss animation so the fight can start. I’m not sure if this is an issue on nintendos side or digital extremes side but I do hope there’s a way to help this out with updates or maybe maintenance. I run my switch on the 5 ghz connection so it offers the least interference but anything could be the issue. Let me know if you have had any issues with slow loading. One small issue I also have I think has to do with the joy sticks themselves I feel when I play in handheld and I’m aiming down sights or doing anything with my range weaponry the movement is super stiff and I do have a hard time getting pin point targeting as compared to mashing the A button for melee. I’m not sure if it’s a design problem I’m sure nintendo didn’t expect to have shooters on the switch so maybe the stiffness is meant to favor RPG games but then again they have splatoon which I have yet to try out let me know your thoughts if you have had similar issues.

The port is brilliant giving nintendo players lots to do as they save the universe on the go which is the advantage the switch offers players being able to take the console anywhere they want to play to show off the games to both friends and family and I for one recommend trying out this port if your looking for something new to play. That’s all for this review I hope you enjoyed. Jave a great day and take care.
