Brazilian bar game Capote! gets first major update with “King of the Bar” Adds new customizable matches, redesigned lobby, and QoL improvements
São Paulo, Brazil, December 8th, 2025 – Luski Game Studio, in partnership with CriticalLeap, have today released the first major update “King of the Bar” to their multiplayer card game Capote! on Steam Early Access. Inspired by classic Brazilian bar games like Trucco, Capote! transports players to a sweltering Brazilian pub, where colorful characters while away the days competing in card games until only one of them is steady enough to stand. The studio also confirmed Capote!’s participation in the Steam Digital Event LAGS (Latin America Game Showcase), where players can discover the latest update and take advantage of a 20% discount available during the event. Capote! offers a virtual trip to a Brazilian bar where 2-6 players compete in a card game of wits, bluffing, luck, and strategy. Mixing Trucco with a cavalcade of chaotic special cards, no win is guaranteed, and any card can flip the game. With a low barrier to entry and a high skill ceiling, Capote! offers a fun time, regardless of how good you are at it.

At the start of each round, players bet how many points they think they’ll amass, then play their cards round-by-round aiming to hit that exact number. Score too high or too low, and you’ll have to take a virtual shot for each point you’re off from your prediction. Hit four shots and… you’re out. Capotado! Get dealt a bad hand? Don’t worry, as messing with your friends is a valid strategy. Play your special cards at the right time to twist the odds, sabotage their bets, or turn a sure win into chaos. Victory is nice, but laughing at your friend’s downfall is even nicer. Capote! is all about soaking in the lazy Sunday vibes and having a good time with a bit of unpredictability. “One of the great things about playing drinking games at a bar is that you can infuse whatever you’re playing with your own house rules, so we wanted to add customization options like that to Capote!,” said Gabriel Guedes, Game Designer at Luski Game Studio. “This is just the beginning though, as we’ll be adding even more modes in the future. We’re teasing upcoming Blackjack and Trucco modes as well, so stay tuned for more!”

A Farewell Tour For Your GrandfatherAnku’s grandfather was a beloved musician to his people, but his band has long since scattered. Now, with only memories and a special gift, Anku must journey across diverse landscapes to find the missing musicians, reignite their passions, and give his grandfather the farewell he deserves. Along the way, you’ll use color to brighten the canvas, turning obstacles into opportunities, and puzzles into music!
Finding BalanceNot all colors behave the same way. Some may be lighter, allowing objects to float away once painted, while other colors are heavier and may drop down. Using this to your advantage can help Anku cross the treacherous terrain to reach his destination.
