Army of the Dead

Gotta say this movie was a rollercoaster from start to finish.

Now the zombie concept as many would say is played out but giving them intelligence hasn’t been seen in many movies I’m pretty sure it’s been done in a few animes but I don’t think it’s been done in movies.

So this one begins with a military convoy a just married couple and magic waiting to happen and yes I’m not surprised that the government is behind this fuck up. So fast forward the zombies are living life in Vegas as people are trying to survive but true to the bullshit of life they don’t get any soon our main character is brought in and a crazy plan to get money is hatched or so we think so. It turns out the master mind wants something that isn’t money but like all bad guys and there schemes shit goes south and in the worse way possible.

Sorry it’s late and I’m tired this movie is definitely worth a watch it has plenty of interesting parts and a zombie tiger that looks epic as fuck. Give it a watch it’s a decent zombie movie for what it’s worth.

Greenland

I just wanna say Gerald butler can definitely do drama well.

So I just finished watching Greenland and man that was the most stressful suspenseful movie I’ve watched in a while.

What do you do when out of no where a meteor is blasting through our solar system and the smart ones have no idea what’s in store well honestly you get scared. In Greenland that’s what’s happening a comet from another solar system in speeding through our system with a tail that’s as long as NASA can see but of course let’s not worry to much right… Wrong what happens when the government is hiding info from people and hand picks people by there professional careers and has them sent to shelters well you know your fucked. An extinction level piece falls off the comet bigger then the one that killed the dinos and people are running scared looking for a way to be safe. The movie follows Gerald butler and his family as there picked to survive but get turned away all because of there sons medical condition of being a diabetic like what the fuck are you serious right now soon it’s a race against time as they are split up kidnapped and all this other shit I tell you I was so invested in this movie from wanting to see it for so long that every move had me on edge and close to falling off my bed.

Yes the movie is good yes the movie has suspense and drama but fuck me it’s well worth a watch man because honestly I know if something like this ever happened I would do what ever I had to to make sure my family survived watch it enjoy it and honestly look at life a bit differently yes it may be a movie but honestly it could happen… Thank you all for stopping by enjoy and game on

Mortal Kombat 2021

First off I just wanna say I don’t see what all the hate with this movie was I think people honestly forgot what the premise of mortal kombat actually is but anyways let’s talk.

I just finished watching the movie and I gotta say fuck the movie was awesome I loved it the slow start giving everyone a story made this movie worth the watch just a warning if you haven’t seen it then please don’t read on may contain spoilers.

So the movie starts in feudal japan in a small home out in the woods a family chilling a baby crying a man enjoying life until bi-han shows up and kills everyone making his way looking for hanzo now if you haven’t played the games and kept up on the lore then I’m sorry I can’t help you this scene sets the intro for the movie.

Fast forward to present day and outworld like always is breaking rules trying to gain the upper hand in the tournament the movie follows cole a down and out mma fighter just trying to make a living for his family eventually he’s hunted down by non other then the coldest mother fucker in all of outworld Sub-Zero but thanks to some intervention from jax he’s able to get away and love another day.

This is where the movie gets interesting as it introduces other fighters such as sonya and kano which is just the start as you later meet kung-lao and lu-kang now the line up I admit was a bit surprising but the action the movie offers definitely lives up to it’s name and the best part the fatalities are brutal and gore fest just like the games.

All in all the movie does a great job of setting up the story and living to the name of what mortal kombat is which is brutal fucking fighting along with blood and gore if your a fan of the series and haven’t watched the movie give it a chance and be open minded after all most gaming movies don’t hit it off but I feel this one did a great job thank you for stopping by have a great time and game on!

My hero academia two hero’s

Gotta say I don’t get to watch many anime movies but when I get the chance to buy one I’m hyped when it turns out to be a great movie and my hero academia two hero’s was not a let down at all.

So the movie takes place on a top secret island called I island which is home to the world’s famous scientist there our hero’s all might and deku are invited to celebrate all nights old hero partner David shield who was the master mind behind all of all mights gear as well as closest friend. The movie doesn’t take long to start as the action unfolds quickly as some villians manage to get into the island and trap the hero’s.

I gotta say finding out the real reason why they were there was a massive what the fuck moment but out hero students didn’t falter as they tried there best to rescue everyone and get things under control.

The last 20 minutes of the movie is finally where the action goes full tilt as it’s good vs evil in a battle to survive and what a beautiful battle it was seeing allmight and deku team up sent chills down my spine in what was the greatest Detroit smash recorded in history all in all I give this movie 2 thumbs up and a must watch for my hero fans.

Justice League Dark: Apokolips War

I know that title is a mouthful, hello everyone I’m back bringing you today a DC comics movie look at the title that’s a lot to type out lol.

Now before we start I don’t know where this movie falls in the DC universe but I had a blast watching it very brutal and it had a ton of hero’s from DC and the teen Titans era so forgive me if my post is either short or ranty I don’t always do them directly after I finish a movie but let’s jump in.

So this movie takes place on earth like most do and in our solar system the ultimate bad guy in my opinion darksied phases his planet into our system ready to attack, now I don’t know if there was another movie before this I assume there was cause during the briefing with both league members and teen members he was hearing everything that was being said through our good friend cyborg so he already knew they were coming and all the details of the fight.

Fast forward to the fight he has a new monster that makes Superman look like a straight chump and I mean out classed in everyway I’m all up for good guys versus bad guys but I love it when that bad guys leave there mark in a story and trust me darksied did in other words he fucked everyone up and what I love about DC comics animated movies there not scared to kill off there hero’s in gruesome forms either so DC 10/10 for some sweet deaths in this movie and I say deaths cause dark made sure no one could appose him and he took all the best hero’s for his Mecha army.

Now I can go on but flat out this movie deserves to be seen you can’t experience the awesomeness in words and trust me the fight scenes the stories the fact that Damien Wayne would love nothing better then to take Superman’s head off himself like holy shit man DC out did themselves in this movie and truly feel people should watch it I enjoyed it a lot and added it to my collection of movies I can’t wait to see what DC brings out next sorry for the short post but this movie my words can’t do it justice so please give the movie a watch enjoy and game on

Dolittle 2020

So finally got to see the new Dolittle movie with Robert Downey Jr in it and man was it a phenomenal movie truly a great movie.

The movie starts off with telling the great exploits of the doctor and how the queen of England gives him a beautiful massive sanctuary so he can care for all the animals he comes upon during his travels and truly a beautiful place it is full of giraffes and elephants to start out with. As well as his adventure loving wife who helps him out with everything and I know many are probably mad at this remake of Eddie’s classic original dr.dolittle but it really is a great movie. As well as a huge star studded cast to voice some of his amazing animal friends just to name a few we have Rami Malik as chee Chee the gorilla, John cena as Yoshi the polar bear,Selena Gómez as Betsy and tom Holland yes mister Spiderman himself as jip. So that alone goes to show just how much of a cast was brought into this film that explores such an amazing world. You also see Antonio banderas but I won’t give away his role in the movie as it’s a really heart felt role.

So the movie starts with Dolittle in hiding from the world as he’s still struggling to cope with the lost of his wife to a horrible boating accident and I’ll tell you now no she doesn’t make a surprise appearance like I was honestly expecting. There is a giant variety of animals in the movie and such crude funny humor in certain parts I really enjoyed every minute of the movie and was so glad I bought the movie since Redbox didn’t have any in stock.

The movie makes you feel right as home as it takes you on an amazing adventure to find the lost tree of edan in hopes of saving England from the corrupt nature of its members of chamber but I won’t bore you with this I implore that you give this movie a chance and enjoy it for the great movie it is.

Knives out

Chris Evan’s first movie after Marvel and I gotta say it’s not what I expected but still a fun and confusing movie to watch in my opinion.

Also in the movie is non other then 007 himself Daniel Craig who plays detective Benoit blanc who ima be real I dont know what type of accent they wanted for him but it was just terrible in my opinion and it hurt hearing him talk during his scenes.

Now onto the movie knives out is a drama/thriller about a famous 85 year old book writer who mysteriously commits suicide on the night of his birthday, but if your old enough then we all know this is just a giant game of Clue and I wish I was joking when I say it but I’m not because as they go threw everyone checking there stories finding there alibi it just comes down to who, how and why, but that didnt stop me from watching the 2 hour 10 minute movie which honestly had 1 maybe 2 funny scenes in it.

Now this is my first mystery movie ever and I felt bad for the main character Marta who is a nurse just trying to live her life and get a way to help her mother get papers yes shes an immigrant, please no politics, but her character is pretty cool the best part is she cant lie cause if she does she instantly throws up and thankfully they do show it in the movie poor girl.

The movie was decent it’s a good watch but honestly at times it felt like they made it to long and it did feel like they were pushing to get as much into the movie but man the motives and the chaos was so worth it, if anything watch it give it a chance the only other famous person I recognized was Jamie lee curtis, thank you for taking the time out to read have a great day and game on

Secret life of pets 2

I loved the first one so I’m glad to finally have gotten the chance to see the second one and thankfully I was not disappointed at all.

So sometime has passed since the first movie max and Duke are living the life enjoying everything and then 1 faithful day chloe finds love and it starts the first fun part as soon there family grows and then grows again as they welcome baby liam to there family and this is where the fun starts

I loved watching as max honestly reminded me of me when my son was younger always worried for there safety and stressing out and its adorable seeing max take on the parent role and Duke is there just chilling with it all, later on you see the family take a vacation out to the country and soon max meets rooster voiced by Harrison Ford who shows max you need to learn that life is meant to have fun and you just gotta let things happen I really enjoyed how calm and collected they made rooster out to be.

Another furry buddy who is living the life is snowball who is voiced by kevin heart as he goes on some awesome adventures as captain snowball the superhero to save everyone and his side of the story has him helping new comer daisy save an innocent tiger from the evil circus which on it’s own is hilarious to watch.

Then you have crazy gidget who becomes queen of the cats all while trying to rescue Max’s favorite squeaker toy but that whole part is worth watching cause it’s funny.

I’m glad that secret life of pets 2 made a leap and added more hilarious parts as well as some awesome family aspects and I hope theres a 3rd one as I love watching these movies with my family all in all it’s worth the watch, thank you all for coming by take care and game on
