In this semi-open world game, players play as the titular character Rhell, who sets out on an intriguing journey to return a vanished world to its former glory. Players will solve a series of puzzles as they explore the 14 main areas by casting spells, which alter the outcome of the path as hidden secrets are uncovered. Spells are cast using unique combinations made up of “runes” or magical keywords that allow players the flexibility to stretch the boundaries of their imagination. With 40 different runes and keywords, combinations can be made in many ways, to produce over 102 million permutations in total. The level of progression depends on the number of keywords collected and stored, keeping players engaged and curious, as the same puzzle can be solved in multiple ways. “The real beauty of this game is that there are many unexpected emergent moments for players to experience,” says game creator Alice Jarratt from SlugGlove, “With no perfect way to solve puzzles, players will feel a sense of satisfaction in discovering solutions in their own creative way, making gameplay feel more relaxing and engaging.” As players begin uncovering the mystery of the vanished world and help bring it back to life, they witness how Rhell’s character evolves based on her interactions with the NPCs met along the way. Titled “Maiden Voyage”, this massive free expansion offers a vast new map with a story-driven questline, fresh challenges, exclusive loot, and major new progression systems. The biggest addition to Bellwright is the new Halmare Isles map, which is roughly 25% the size of the original game! At over 10 square kilometers, this region includes all new story-based quests with multiple progression lines, expanded armor and equipment, new animals and buildings, and introduces a Loyalty & Faction system.

Other major additions to the core game include full controller support, a Trade and Caravans feature that provides a new layer of strategy as players build and manage a sophisticated logistics network between their outposts, and an improved Walls fortification system that allows players to construct walls for their camps. This includes new gameplay mechanics with specific AI behavior for attackers and defenders, which adds a fresh challenge and more strategic depth to base defense.

There’s a bounty of new customization features as well, like a much improved Character Creator, offering further options and higher fidelity player character models. Fashion-conscious players will also enjoy the New Weapon Types & Cloaks offering more ways to personalize player characters and show off their unique builds and looks. Another quality of life improvement is the addition of Blocking Markers on Building Placement, with a new system that now shows foliage blocking construction areas, along with the ability to task workers with removing the foliage before it is built.

Inspired by classic Brazilian bar games like Trucco, Capote! transports players to a sweltering Brazilian pub, where colorful characters while away the days competing in card games until only one of them is steady enough to stand. The studio also confirmed Capote!’s participation in the Steam Digital Event LAGS (Latin America Game Showcase), where players can discover the latest update and take advantage of a 20% discount available during the event.

Capote! offers a virtual trip to a Brazilian bar where 2-6 players compete in a card game of wits, bluffing, luck, and strategy. Mixing Trucco with a cavalcade of chaotic special cards, no win is guaranteed, and any card can flip the game. With a low barrier to entry and a high skill ceiling, Capote! offers a fun time, regardless of how good you are at it.

At the start of each round, players bet how many points they think they’ll amass, then play their cards round-by-round aiming to hit that exact number. Score too high or too low, and you’ll have to take a virtual shot for each point you’re off from your prediction. Hit four shots and… you’re out. Capotado!

Free Update for The Precinct Introduces K-9 Companion and Key ImprovementsLeamington Spa, UK – December 8, 2025– UK games publisher Kwalee and independent game studio Fallen Tree Games have announced a new update for The Precinct, their neon-noir police action sandbox game. The update is available for free on PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The latest update for The Precinct lets officers deploy a fully trained working dog from the precinct kennels. The four-legged partner can be washed, fed, and customized there before heading out on patrol. Players can choose between different breeds and equip their dog with various harnesses and collars. The dog will obey a range of commands, including subduing dangerous attackers, pursuing fleeing suspects, and sniffing out concealed narcotics. The update also introduces several quality of life improvements and bug fixes.The K-9 update is the second major update since The Precinct’s release after the previous update added exciting new features like access to a tow truck, and improved vehicle customization.

Better Than Uscontinues critical hit Vampire Therapist’s tradition of top-tier voice acting, with a cast led by Sarah Grayson (Hades 2, Gone Home) and Cyrus Nemati (Hades 2, Vampire Therapist). Developed in consultation with leading historians from Oxford University, UC Davis, and the University of Florida, the game promises to honestly depict the consequences of extreme wealth concentration in a tongue-in-cheek way.
