Outriders Worldslayer DLC

I dont play many games often that pull me in and wont let go but outriders was one of them I loved the game and its story so much I had to finish it and bought the dlc to continue this amazing story.

In worldslayer the world is falling apart ice storms are destroying everything and it seems hopeless but zahidi had been talking to another dr that sadly was an insurgent who had discovered a way to stop the storms after saving zahidi from almost being killed you set put on a journey to the most forbidden area in the game the black Gulch why is it so forbidden eh who knows its just a bunch of crazy people killing for fun left and right and a commander who has some insane powers who’s also a bit crazy with a god complex.

As you progress the story you find more of the Pax frozen I was sad considering all the pax we came across were dead or transformed into ferals finally you find what the Dr had discovered a forcefield in the middle of nowhere holding off the anomaly storm where once your inside you discover the last living surviving pax a shamen who had been in talks with the Dr who also knows a way who shows our commander the truth.

Then there’s the trials a sorta mini raid where you go from room to room fighting and discovering what happened to father along the way and what drove his madness with some great boss fights lots of loot and plenty of enemies to kill the trials were honestly amazing and I enjoyed my time in them.

But after seeing the ending and how the dlc finishes I can whole heartedly say fuck you square Enix I hope you guys go under you spent years and money on saving final fantasy 14 and yet you couldn’t give this game the proper time it needed everyone knows looter shooters take time to grow look at borderlands and destiny you had a beautiful fucking gem on hand and pissed it away we were supposed to get a sequel and thats never gonna happen cause of the greedy fucking assholes over at square I hope one day people can fly will buy the rights to the ip and finish what they started real fans need the second game or even another dlc.

Sorry about that let my mood get the best of me all in all worldslayer was an amazing continuation to the story and had some great times in it thank you all for stopping by take care and game on.

Outriders

Not many games grab my attention anymore let alone keep it but for a while now I had been wanting to play outriders it gave me destiny vibes with the powers and space background so when I bought a new ps5 I made it my goal to get outriders and I did and damn what a fucking game.

Now for those who dont know outriders was made by the team at people can fly and published by square Enix releasing back in 2021 I didnt get to play during its prime and I wish I had.

The story follows you the player who’s an outrider having just landed on Enoch a new planet after we left our home of earth since it was dying and crumbling. Enoch when you land is beautiful its amazing the flora and animals its everything you would dream of it reminded me of the world in James Cameron’s Avatar just beautiful, but then the storm shows up and everything goes to hell you escape only to get thrown into cryo and then you wake up.
Now this is where shit gets real what feels like minutes to you maybe hours is actually 30 years and everything is hell the beautiful world you saw is no more now its just a waste land and everyone trying to survive at least what’s left of it.

Now the game starts you off meeting some people you knew saving others and throwing you right into the chaos and I for one was up for it im not a fan of slow starts in action games and as someone who had tons of hours in Destiny and played a good amount of borderlands I had some expectations for this game when it came to the loot and it didnt disappoint at all the gear and guns had mods that helped you out and made you stronger but wait im getting ahead of myself you see just after you wake up you pick your class which is where all your powers are born from and how the game really becomes fun I picked pyromancer a mid range fighter that also self heals which for my play style is perfect since I like to pretend im a tank and jump in the middle of hell.

Theres a few classes to choose from a tank a support and the midrange i might have to go back and try another class but I have a lot of cleaning up to do in my game. Now the game is multiplayer so you can play with others or go at it alone and the best part there’s tiers so you start at tier 0 if thats to easy it moves up in total there’s 15 tiers of difficulty but each rewards you even more if you play the higher tiers.

The story was amazing everytime I played I wanted to know more it got to the point where I stopped doing side quest and exploring because I needed to know what the hell was going on and by god the discoveries the plot twist everything was just insane by the time I reached the ending of the game my jaw was on the floor needing more, yes there is a dlc which I hope to be able to get sometime soon so I can continue with whatever story they added there. I never expected the story to be so amazing you can tell the dev team really had high hopes for this game and I curse square Enix for pulling the damn plug.

This game goes on sale often I ask all of you give it a chance play it its on pc Xbox and ps5 the game is amazing the story leaves you wanting more the ending top tier I highly recommend this game and to the devs I hope you can someday give us the second game that so many of us really want thank you all for stopping by take care and game on

Brotato Switch Version

What do you get when a game has over 20 characters to unlock, tons of weapon combinations, hundreds of items, and tons of replay ability? you get brotato the bullet hell game thats literal hell let’s dive in.

So I never played brotato before but it was on sale for the nintendo switch and decided to give it a chance after hearing it mentioned in a video a few times and im glad I gave it a chance the game is so much fun and has so much to offer that no 2 runs are the same no matter how hard you try.

So the game gives you 6 levels of difficulty to unlock you start at level 0 and move up after beating it, unlike other bullet hell games where you only get 4 weapons or spells brotato let’s you pick 6 and you can combine them to make them stronger emptying out spaces for new weapons to take there place so trust me when I say the combinations are in the hundreds most likely you have weapons from guns to clubs to even a rocket launcher and a wand so the game isnt lacking at all.

Now if you want your runs to be even more difficult then choose a character any character other then the basic guy each character has one or 2 positives with a few handicaps to follow and boy do they make the game tough on you.

It took me 8 runs before I was able to beat the boss he was a pain in the ass not only are you trying to kill him but your also killing the other mobs while dodging for your life, speaking of dodging there’s no dash in this game at least not that im able to find on the switch version and ive looked it up online dont know how accurate the info is but yeah no dash which makes boss battles that more intense.

I love everything ive experienced so far from this game the vast character selection the multiple weapon combos it reminds me why ive fallen in love with bullet hell games there easy to pick up your able to pause then if life or kids need you and the replay ability is astronomical I enjoyed the game so much I bought the switch and a ps4 copy of the game. The game plays amazing on the switch its the perfect time killer game and having the switch in handheld mode it runs flawlessly and playing it on a TV just adds to the enjoyment.

So if you like bullet hell games rougelites in general then brotato is for you yes the game is old its been out for years but its worth the pick up also has some dlc to it adding new content which I’ll pick up at a later date.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor

Shadow of mordor man what a game truly a great game from monolith and wb games and during the past 3 weeks I think I’ve put in 15 hours for a completion of 50% sorry but the game has way to much to find and do and honestly I was getting bored and wanted to finish the story.

So the story follows talion and celebrimbor in there journey for revenge and trying to piece there memories back. After being murdered by the black hand of sauron celebrimbor attaches his soul self to talion and they journey through mordor for answers.

The game has you doing a bit of everything from finding forgotten treasure to hunting caragors there’s even an appearance by gollum in it. The story itself is simple go here start quest go there kill orcs or destroy this gain new power here, it’s a great rpg with an ability tree as well as a power up system for your weapons you get 3 a sword a bow and a dagger all really cool with there own secrets but all that is nothing compared to what makes this game truly amazing and that’s the nemesis system.

The nemesis system monoliths and wb games baby a system that gives the npc characters a brain and almost will of there own you see the orcs in the game evolve and get stronger either by killing each other or killing you the player and it’s this system that provides hours of orc killing goodness and keeps your busy as you progress for no matter how good you are you will die by there hand and they will get a rank up thanks to this system I know shadow of war probably made greater use of this system but with shadow of mordor being the start it’s a great system and one I hope they rent out and let others have a chance with it.

I’m sorry I know this review isn’t the greatest I’ve been away from this blog for a while and I gotta get my briches going again and doing better, now about the game if you have never played shadow of mordor please give it a chance it’s a great game solid story but the nemesis system is where the game shines there’s lots to do in the game for those hard-core completionist I can’t wait to see how that system grew in the sequel but thank you all have a great day and game on

One more dungeon 2

So I’ve been trying to play this dungeon crawler and it’s not a bad game for what it’s trying to be but it’s obvious it still needs work.

Your a prisoner in a slug kingdom and in order to win your freedom you must conquer the maze which doesn’t seem bad right pretty simple rules beat the maze find the boss kill it and your free right it’s what I thought until I started playing.

You start in a jail cell you get to explore the area a bit you see the slug king his guards and some other small areas but there’s no indicators telling you much of anything there’s a priest near a donation box that does… you guessed it nothing then just passed him is a statue room with 7 pedestals all empty but one when you approach it seems to be you the player your looking at a statue of yourself which seems pretty cool so onto the maze then.

The maze is randomly generated which I’m assuming is to try and produce more playtime and different runs which to me is a massive plus a different run each time is better then repeating the same stage over and over you get to explore new rooms long hallways different doors and portals all of which offer something the basic 3 monsters you find are a giant rat a flying bat and different skeletal solders not bad a bit of variety until you fight them and realize they take your 35 points of life down in 3 hits but you would think basic combat would be good I mean you start with a sword and staff but the biggest issue with the game you find the minute you start moving the camera sucks it’s trash compared to other games indy included it’s so clunky that to get any movement you gotta move the right thumb stick over completely there’s no light movements at all and that makes combat even worse there’s no lock on system just free movement which would be fine if you could increase movement speed but you can’t it makes everything so infuriating that you lose interest immediately, the game itself it’s premise the art style it’s all good but it feels they invested more time with looks then getting the movement down at its current stage you do yourself more harm trying to play then waiting for a fix I hope they can fix it I would love to go back and play more but sadly movement is something I won’t compromise on I do thank ratalaika games for sending me the key but please go back and spend sometime on making the movement smoother add some control sliders something

Uno

Today we are talking about the legendary friend killer uno for PC not the card game even though it’s just an online game to play with friends.

So uno is exactly what it is the epic card game brought to PC by Ubisoft and if your a fan of the card game and have se friends to play with them you will have an awesome time.

The game has all the rules that the official card game has so you know it’s legit.

The cards have different back grounds from different games that add some special mixes to the games flow and trust me there fun surprises.

I know this is a short blog post but it’s uno there’s not much to really add to it’s already awesome nature thank you all for stopping by and game on

Apex Legends Deja Vu event

So apex legends blessed us with another event for the launch of the octane heirloom and I gotta say I wasnt a big fan of the event even though I grinded out the normal quest part.

So for the deja vu event everything stayed exactly the same except the circle and the ship path, the guns and armor all stayed in the same spot so with enough rounds you could learn all the best spots but so could everyone else, which depending the area gave for some great fights and other times not so much, the issue I always had is this promoted camping by 1 or 2 teams at the end circle and really just made the game no fun I gotta say I’m glad the event is over I wasnt a fan of it.

Along with this event was a new armor introduced called the evo shield, a shield that upgrades as you land damage upon other players, you start with a 25 health white and could end with a lvl 5 125 health red which even though it had extra health it wasnt better then the gold armor. But it was a bad ass piece of armor to try out.

So octane got his heirloom set which was a sweet butterfly knife which in the middle built in had his needle in it but sadly the devs missed the chance to make the heirloom injection take over instead of the normal needle which I feel was a massive miss.

All in all the event was fun and I cant wait to see what the next event brings I’m hoping for a new map next season thank you all for stopping by have a great day and game on

Apex Legends Season 4

Hello everyone so if you haven’t noticed by now I’m a huge apex legends fan, my favorite legends to play are pathfinder caustic and the newly released revenant.

So yes season 4 has started and along with it some new changes and some bugs and nerfs the newest change being the new assassin revenant, a stone cold killer who clearly doesnt let anyone get in his way even his own team along with the new legend are his abilities the first being Silence, a dark energy grenade that silences anyone who touches it abilities, and the ultimate being death totem, a small diamond totem that gives your team a temporary death protection that comes with some big drawbacks seeing as you get hit straight to your health and the minute you take enough damage are sent back to the totem with a sliver of health leaving you very vulnerable and his passive is the ability to crouch walk very fast. I admit I expected revenant to be a game changer and sadly he isnt as his silence ability is more about luck then an actual useful tactic and death totem honestly if you dont have gold armor is kinda a bummer.

Now onto the other changes the map got some changes a new area called the harvester which isnt that great in the loot department and capital city was split into 2 fragments as the harvester destroys the planet which means next season we might either get a new map or maybe go back to kings canyon I hope for both.

The only weapon buff that I’m aware of is the prowler SMG got a tiny buff, the R-99 got a nerf in dps and the g7 scout was changed from a sniper to an assault rifle since the new sentinel sniper takes its spot which honestly sucks either way it’s only good if you have batteries and a good shot.

So far I’m having fun but the map is getting boring to me I’m working on my rank hoping to get pass silver 4 this season wish me luck I hope everyone is having a great day and thank you all for stopping by and game on.

Apex Legends Kings Canyon

So the devs decided to give us players a treat for the whole weekend and man do I gotta say it was such an awesome fucking weekend being back home on the original kings canyon map man did I miss home.

So it started friday and ended monday but we had season 1 kings canyon to play on good old cascade was back man did I miss the map I got 1 win on the map but I had fun kicking butts left and right dropping over and over in skulltown praying to be the last squad out was the best time of my life, as well as dropping bunker as caustic and trapping people in rooms was so much fun it brought back plenty of memories.

I’m thankful to the devs for giving us a fun weekend and I’m curious as hell to what season 5 will bring even though 4 just started I’m hoping for a new map since clearly worlds end is gonna be destroyed since the new spot on the map is called planet harvester but I guess that’s a lot of speculation let’s see what we get season 5
