Stupid Never Dies PS5 Review

Hello everyone hows it going? Today i wanna talk to you about one of the most interesting games ive played all year called Stupid Never Dies but first a massive thank you to GPTRACK50 inc for sending me a copy to check out its greatly appreciated let’s talk about it.

So Firstly I played this game on PS5 yes I know a console the horror, no but seriously I like playing single player games on my couch old school style and stupid never dies gives me that chance I have a PS5 slim and the game ran great no issues what so ever and it looks beautiful on my TV and honestly the biggest part it played i didnt need no 8K graphics i just wanted to play and enjoy the vibes.

So a bit of the story you play as Davy who just so happens to be a zombie you see when monsters first appeared there was chaos but then they lived together until the great evil KoM appeared and decimated humanity leaving barely 2 percent behind yes those are the numbers the game gives you, so the monsters all leave except they leave the zombies behind cause they dont even consider them monsters at all like damn thanks for the gut punch, so Davy spends his days walking around a mall where his life takes an interesting turn and where are crazy stupid story takes place but thats it for story details you gotta play the game no more spoils from me.

So the game is an Action RPG and no let me stop you it is NOT a souls like let me repeat that it is NOT a souls like ok let me carry on the game plays like an rpg in traditional story sense where you can upgrade and enhance your character but it feels more of a rougelite when your in combat and fighting your way through monster territory its the best way to describe it you see in some combat instances you get upgrade choices like a rougelite that helps you fight monsters and every upgrade is needed you also have a very peculiar fighting style which drives you forward and makes you evolve temporarily which is a bummer I wish the combat styles were a bit more permanent but I get it dont wanna make you over powered right away.

So the underworld is progressed in levels similar to rougelites that let you pick paths as you progress some stages have certain rewards that you may need others might have the same gear you already have its all random to an extent but the levels play on a timer you have a timer that counts down as you progress and sadly if you run out of time you lose everything you have gained before hand ive come close to losing time a few runs I dont know if its my luck or what I havent noticed a way to increase the remaining time and I bet there’s a way but im never lucky with these games I always get the short straw I know lucky me right.

In my time playing ive come across a few interesting characters and its honestly hard to tell who’s evil, who’s good and who’s just trying to survive as your progressing you start wondering is this really worth it but only the ending of the game can tell you if its worth it and im not spoiling anything else.
Stupid Never Dies is fun, has a great story and honestly is probably what a lot of gamers need a pallet cleanser and something to just chill and vibe out with and honestly its a breath of fresh air and the fact you play as a zombie makes it all the more interesting I will say this the game starts slow but it picks up I promise so the game is out now on Steam and Playstation 5 sorry Xbox no word about you guys yet but check it out and enjoy it have a great day and game on.
